1 tsp salt and pepper
Cayenne pepper to taste
1/2 cup canola oil
1 tbs butter
Step 1
Rinse pork chops, pat-dry, and salt and pepper both sides.
Step 2
Combine all dry ingredients. Coat each side and set aside on a plate.
Step 3
On a not-stick pan, heat canola oil over medium-high heat. Add butter and wait for butter to melt.
Step 4
Cook pork chops for 2 - 3 minutes and then flip, cooking the second side for 1 - 2 minutes. There should be no pink juices remaining.
Step 5
Remove to a plate and serve with potatoes and baked veggies.
